Health made simple. We are designed to heal.
Healing isn’t forcing change. Healing is creating conditions where we can reorganize towards health.
You've read the books, cleaned up the diet, taken the supplements, seen the practitioners. Some of it helped. None of it landed you where you were promised. You're not broken and you're not alone.
Does any of this sound familiar:
You have a shelf of supplements and a folder of protocols.
Your labs come back "normal" but you don't feel normal.
You're tired of ‘optimizing’ and feeling behind.
You suspect the answer isn't another thing to add — it's something underneath.
Trust your feelings, they are always right. Symptoms aren't the enemy to be silenced. They're communication. The work is learning to listen and then addressing what's actually upstream.
You've done ‘the work’… yet, you're still not well.
Hi, I’m Justin.
I am certified a certified Regenerative Health Practitioner and Clinical Iridologist, with over 22 years experience as an earth scientist. My role is to be a translator of knowledge into wisdom as your guide, mirror and stabilizing presence on your journey at your pace.
A few things I believe about healing:
i. Symptoms are communication
The body is adaptive. A symptom is a message about the conditions you're living in, not a problem to eliminate.
ii. The nervous system sets the tone
Health is not the absence of stress. It’s the ability to move through stress with conscious engagement. Resilience and growth emerges with cycles of energy, challenge and repair.
iii. I'm a guide, not a cure provider
I'm not here to fix you. You are the cure. No one else can be that for you. My work is to help you remember who you are and create the conditions that allow healing to happen.
You cannot force a body to heal anymore than you can order a plant to grow. But you can create the conditions for this to happen.
Healing emerges from the right conditions. Trust and safety allow the body to reorganize and remember.
Start with a conversation, not a commitment
The free discovery call is a chance to be heard and to find out whether this work fits where you are.
No pressure, no protocol, no pitch.
